What challenges do you most enjoy helping your clients solve?

I most enjoy helping clients really challenge existing assumptions and norms to bring new ways of working into an organization. This usually involves asking difficult questions around why they do what they do today, removing the handcuffs to drive breakthrough performance as a result.

What in your background helps you in this job?

I have a deep background in leading transformations in organizations, both here at Kotter and in my prior roles. This grounds my work in real world application.

What’s the biggest transformation/impact you have seen come true?

I have been privileged to partner with our clients to witness true transformation at both the personal level and the organizational level. Leading accelerated transformation requires behavioral breakthroughs – leading in news ways that are markedly different from traditional management in organizations. The change is visceral and truly impacts lives and futures in a profoundly meaningful and lasting way.

Share something about you that would most surprise people.

Most are surprised to learn that I am a mother of four amazing kids and that I work to balance raising them while having such a dynamic career.
