He offers clients a results-proven ability to apply strategic initiatives that propel organizations to exceed their organizational and development goals. Jarveal has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from Florida A&M University. He spent 7 years working in consulting for Deloitte and EY (Ernst & Young) in New York City before creating an online firm that provided career advice and information to students and professionals. Most recently, Jarveal served as a Professional Development and Career Consultant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before joining Kotter. In his spare time, Jarveal enjoys traveling internationally, watching interviews on YouTube, and roller skating.
