Knowing Kotter had a change program, I went straight to it. Kotter’s course Foundations of Change is a great fit for a military organization. The course is constructed in a well-thought-out, organized fashion. The meaningful pre-work, with room for individual reflection, prepared our leaders for the immersive day-long training. With many professional roadmaps present in the room, the facilitator showed reverence for rank and depth for those needing additional context. This course stood up to my expectations, and my expectations were high.
