About This Course

Defining the AI Opportunity + The Science of Change
Guiding an organization through rapid technological transformation requires purposeful boundaries and a rigorous understanding of the Science of Change. In this module, you will assess how Survive and Thrive responses are triggered by AI disruption, and learn how to reframe these shifts as opportunities to build organizational momentum and strategic advantage. You will then apply essential Kotter change principles to your AI applications, unlocking critical mindsets and behaviors to drive value, momentum, and impact.
Effectively scaling AI requires moving beyond traditional, rigid change management. In this module, you will discover why rapid, visible wins are the ultimate antidote to AI paralysis, mastering the five action areas for wins: Lead, Generate, Discover, Celebrate, and Communicate. You will also collaboratively define strategies to overcome key barriers to AI adoption in your environment.
To take advantage of the opportunities AI presents, theoretical knowledge must translate into immediate, real-world execution. In this module, you will also engage in a “Live Case” workshop to define a concrete, high-impact, short-term win for your specific AI context. You will learn and apply the essential elements of a high-impact, short-term win, leaving you with a tangible blueprint to model new ways of working and accelerate your AI transformation.
