If you weren’t working at Kotter, what would you be doing instead?
I would most likely still be spending every day helping groups of people accept, live with and thrive as the world changes faster and faster.
What in your background helps you in this job?
I am multilingual, multicultural, and female. These attributes create the empathy, creativity and grit needed to be effective in this job.
Why did you decide to work at Kotter?
Dr. Kotter’s work is based on research. As a practitioner, I appreciate this so much. Like Dr. Kotter, I want to pass on the knowledge for best practices. Why should every organization struggle through the same mess every time intentional, systematic change is required? Why not teach each other? Empower each other? Why not activate millions so that they can lead billions?
What’s got you thinking right now?
Education is on my mind a lot. How do we get education to as many young people as possible? How do we ensure education is continuous for all adults?
Share something about you that would most surprise people.
My family resides in various countries around the world.
