Why did you decide to work at Kotter?
The world needs more leaders, and I don’t believe leadership just happens. Kotter is on the leading edge of what it means to be a leader. I am excited to be part of that.
Who is your favorite leader / leadership expert?
What in your background helps you in this job?
Since 1936, my family has operated a printing business. I am the son, grandson, and great-grandson of commercial printers. This means that from a very young age, in fact as long as I can remember, I have had a front-row seat to the evolution of an organization amid changes to the very foundation of its industry. This foundational experience gives me hope- if an 80-year-old printing company can adapt, survive, and thrive in the world of iPhones and e-books, any organization can do so with the right leadership and vision.
What’s got you thinking right now?
I continue to grapple with the implications of blockchain on any number of industries and technologies. Big change is happening!
