Natasha Puim

Executive Assistant

Since joining Kotter in 2013, Natasha has provided executive support to Chairman John Kotter and CEO Rick Western while managing the Kotter office in Cambridge. Natasha works closely with the Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, and HR teams and is an active volunteer on internal initiatives. She is also part of the recruiting department at Kotter. She has a proven track record for juggling many different kinds of tasks and responsibilities while keeping projects moving forward.

Natasha brings over 14 years of administrative and project management experience to Kotter. She started her career in Public Relations for a short time before transitioning her career to being an EA. She is a graduate from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Writing and Communications.

 

Why did you decide to work at Kotter?

It seemed like a great place to collaborate and learn, and I liked the idea of being in an environment where everyone was so passionate about their work.

What is your proudest moment?

My proudest moment was when I bought my first house.

What is or would be your personal motto?

Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

What’s got you thinking right now?

Most recently I am thinking (and staying optimistic) about how the world will change for the better coming out of the global pandemic this year. Necessity is the mother of invention and I look forward to the innovations we will see that will help mankind for future generations to come.

Share something about you that would most surprise people.

I’m a very creative and visual person. I do portrait illustration and have created different types of art throughout my entire life.
