Lynette brings more than a decade’s worth of experience to the ever-expanding fields of Human Resources and Organization Development, focusing on global mergers and acquisitions (M&A), change management and project management. She has led and/or supported more than 30 M&A transactions, consisting of acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, within the pharmaceutical, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and technology industries.
While she kicked off her professional experience in the legal field as a Paralegal, she ultimately transitioned to Human Resources where she focused on project management, change management and organization development. She harnessed those skills to take on the challenge of ensuring a seamless experience for employees during M&A transactions while delivering on deal value. After having been an internal HR employee and an external M&A consultant, she took the leap to go out on her own.
Lynette holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a Master of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She is currently pursing a coaching certification from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
